The Annual General Meeting shall be valid any number of the shares. Each shareholder shall have the right to attend the ordinary general assembly meeting from the shareholders registered in the Company's register with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa Center) at the end of the trading session preceding the General Assembly meeting In accordance with the rules and regulations, shareholders who are unable to attend on time and wish to appoint others (non-members of the Board of Directors and employees of the Company) are requested to send a copy of the necessary consents certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry when the shareholder is affiliated with one or A licensed company or a licensed bank or authorized person in the Kingdom, provided that the client has an account with the bank, the authorized person who is the certifying person, the notary public or the persons authorized to perform the acts of authentication at least two days before the date of the association. The shareholders shall be entitled to bring the shareholders to the ASALA meeting or their personal card agency. The shareholders registered in the Voting Services shall be able to vote on the items of the Assembly starting from 10:00 am on Saturday, 08/11/1439 H corresponding to 21/7/2018.
