We would like to inform you that four members submitted their resignations from the Board of Directors of the Company dated 18/7/2018 with immediate effect for personal reasons, namely: Mr. Majid bin Shamas Al Battashi Mr. Hussam Sakit Al Jundi Mr. Piyush Kanth   Mr. Susanth Sukumaran Action will be taken to convene an Ordinary General Assembly for the shareholders of the Company to elect four members to fill the vacant positions in the Board of Directors
