Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait registered a mixed performance during the week ended on 19 July in line with a decline in the trading volume.

The All-Share market went down 0.05% or 2.6 points to close this week at 5,210.85 points compared to 5,213.42 points last week.

The Main market also retreated by 0.46% or 22.8 points to 4,952.96 points compared to 4.975.74 points.

Meanwhile, the Premier market added 0.16% or 8.5 points to 5,353.02 points from 5,344.48 points.

Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 19.2% to KWD 144.7 million this week from KWD 179.14 million a week ago

The trading volume decreased by 34.2% to 628.32 million shares from 955.31 million.

The number of transactions declined by 26.3% to about KWD 27,810 compared to nearly 37,740 a week ago.
