Mubasher: Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has voiced his support for threats by President Hassan Rouhani to block all oil exports from the Arabian Gulf.

Rouhani previously said that if Iran’s oil is not exported, no regional country’s oil will be exported, as reported by Reuters.

After President Donald Trump withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal, the United States has imposed sanctions on Iran and is asking all of its allies to stop buying Iranian oil, and this has led to the Iranian government threatening to block the Strait of Hormuz.
