The Board of Directors of the Investment Holding Group is pleased to invite you to the Shareholders Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings shall be convened on Monday 6 August 2018 6pm at Venezia Ballroom of Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel, where the substitute meeting shall convene on Wednesday 8th August 2018, at the same place and time, and the Agenda shall be the following:
1- Acquiring of the remaining shares of Consolidated Engineering Systems w.l.l (39.6%) by purchasing in cash.
2- Mandating whoever is necessary to sign on the official required procedures.
