Middle East Healthcare Co. announces the signing of Islamic Financing (Musharka) agreement with Alinma Bank as following:

1- Loan agreement was signed on 26 -07-2018
2- Loan amount is SAR 500 Million.
3- Loan availability period is up to 31/03/2021.
4- The purpose of the loan is
A- Finance construction of Hospital in Makkah
B- Finance outpatient Tower and inpatient beds expansion of Saudi German Hospital Riyadh.
5- Loan guarantee: Promissory note from the company.
6- Further information: The loan repayment is 14 semi-annual installments and the first payment will be in September 2021 and last payment will be in March 2028.
