Dubai – Mubasher: GFH Financial Group has announced the appointment of Jassim Al Siddiqi as a chairman of the Entertainer,  the group said in a bourse statement.

GFH Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GFH Financial Group, partnered with Al Futtaim Group and Al Zarooni to acquire stakes in The Entertainer.

In May, GFH group stated that it will invest $150 million in The Entertainer in collaboration with its clients.

The Entertainer is incentives provider and lifestyle app that offers consumers across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa discounts on spa days, brunches, hotel stays, and golf.
