Al Ahli Takaful Company announces the resignation of HE Mr. Hamed Mohammad Fayez (Non-Executive Member - Representing the National Commercial Bank), due to his appointment by a royal decree as deputy minister of culture.

The resignation was submitted to the Board of Directors on August 2, 2018 and was accepted on August 2, 2018. Knowing that HE Mr. Hamed Mohammad Fayez membership for the current Board term started on July 17,2018.

The Board will later announce the nominated name after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
