The Board of Directors of Saudi Airlines Catering Company has endorsed on Thursday, 02nd August 2018 the approval of distribution of dividends to the shareholders for the second quarter 2018 as follow:

1. Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 114,800,000 after Zakat and before income tax.
2. Dividend per share SAR 1.4.
3. Dividend represents 14% of the Face value.
4. The number of shares outstanding for earnings 82,000,000 shares.
5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders whose owns shares on maturity Wednesday, 12th September 2018, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day.
6. Date of Distribution: 26-09-2018.

The distribution will be through Saudi British Bank (SABB) directly to shareholders bank account. SACC urges its shareholders to update their data and to make sure to link their bank accounts numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their dividends.
