Following the announcement of the Capital Market Authority published on its website on 08/01/1437H corresponding to 21/10/2015G, the Capital Market Authority announces that the Appeal Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes has issued its final decision on 11/09/1439H corresponding to 26/05/2018G, on the lawsuit filed by the Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) (The Plaintiff) against the Capital Market Authority. The verdict concluded with the endorsement of the decision issued by the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes, to revoke the decision of the CMA Board issued on 08/01/1437H corresponding to 21/10/2015G, which imposed a fine of (100,000) One Hundred Thousand Riyals on the company due to its violation of clause (c) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law.
