Investment Holding Group announced that due to non-legal quorum for the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting of 6 August 2018, therefore, it has been decided to postpone the meeting to the second (substitute) on 8 August 2018, 6 pm, at Venezia Ballroom of Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel.

The Agenda shall be the following:

1- Acquiring of the remaining shares of Consolidated Engineering Systems w.l.l (39.6%) on a cash basis.

2- Mandating whoever is necessary to sign on the official required procedures.
