Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi is set to house a new dedicated maternity hospital.

The new European Maternity Hospital will offer maternity services for families, women, and infants, according to a company statement.

"We purposely searched to have the hospital in Khalifa City in order to maximise the number of families that would benefit from our specialised services,” CEO of the European Hospital Company Mohamed Hamad commented.

The new hospital will comprise operating rooms, delivery rooms, ultrasound stations, mammogram scanners, a CT scanner, and an MRI machine.

The European Maternity Hospital is slated for completion in 2021.
