Dubai - Mubasher: Kleindienst Group, the developer of The Heart of Europe, has unveiled the first Sweden Beach Palace at Sweden Island.

The Heart of Europe is a cluster of six islands based on destinations across Europe including islands of Germany, The Floating Venice, Sweden, and Switzerland, located on Dubai’s The World, a megaproject comprises 300 artificial islands in the shape of the world map.

The Sweden Beach Palaces are planned to feature nine luxurious palaces, along with a super-sized version, set on Sweden Island.

“The Heart of Europe is a unique and ambitious project aiming to develop Dubai’s luxury freehold second home market in an idyllic island location,” chairman of Kleindienst group Josef Kleindienst commented.

“Catering to residents and visitors who are looking for a dynamic, cultural experience, our developments at The Heart of Europe will boost tourism in the UAE,” Kleindienst added.

Designed as second homes, each of the first Sweden Beach Palace’s properties will incorporate its own private section of beach, the company revealed.
