Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced completing around 20% of establishments in Azizi Riviera project.

The real estate developer also stated that it finalised construction works in the ground floor, especially across the mid-rise buildings that include between seven to ten floors, according to a statement.

“Azizi Riviera continues to be one of the most unique waterfront residential developments in Dubai,” the company's chairman Mirwais Azizi said.

Azizi Developments has further noted that it will start establishing the second and third floor in August.

“It stands to offer residents and investors high ROI via an appreciation in property value in the buildup to Expo 2020 and beyond. It features a stunning French-Mediterranean approach to design, plenty of amenities, a community-oriented lifestyle and views of the Dubai Canal and Dubai skyline,” Azizi concluded.
