The Board of Directors of Qatar Islamic InsuranceCompany has the honor to invite the shareholders to attend the ExtraordinaryGeneral Assembly Meeting ofthe company which scheduled to be held at 5 pm on Tuesday 4/9/2018at Citrine Hall In Ezdan Towers, in the absence of  a quorum, the date of the second meeting(reserve) will be on Tuesday 11/9/2018 At 5 pm, in theabsence of a quorum for the second meeting the date of the third meeting(reserve) will be on Sunday 14.10.2018 ate same place and time, to consider thefollowing :-

 The agenda for the Extraordinary GeneralAssembly Meeting:-

1-	Discuss the Board of Directors' proposal to change the name of Qatar Islamic Insurance Company to be Qatar Islamic Insurance Group and accordingly modify the Articles of Association.
2-	Discuss the Board of Directors' proposal to establish real estate company owned 100 % by the Group.

 

 

-  Inthe event that the shareholder cannot attend personally, please appoint

   arepresentative of the other shareholders to attend the meeting under a writtenproxy.

-  In the eventthat the shareholder is a legal person, a letter of authorization must

   be submitted tothe representative of the company or the bank to attend the meeting

   on theirbehalf.

- Attendance registration will begin one hour before thestart of the meeting.
