Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Wednesday’s trading session with a negative note, as the All-Share Market Index went down 0.23%, while the Premier Market Index and the Main Market Index, which levelled down 0.11% and 0.48%, respectively.

Boursa Kuwait’s turnover went down by 30.3% to KWD 12.18 million on Wednesday from approximately KWD 17.48 million in the prior session, after the trading volume decreased by 33.6% to 70.39 million shares from 106.06 million.

The consumer services sector topped the bourse’s nine decliners falling 1.9%.

Meanwhile, the insurance and technology sectors were the market’s only gainers adding 1.43% and 0.75%, respectively.

By the end of the session, Kuwait Finance House’s (KFH) stock, which retreated 0.17%, posted the highest liquidity of KWD 1.67 million, while Aayan Leasing’s stock, which was the most active stock on which 9.84 shares were traded
