Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company's (ADNOC) distribution unit, ADNOC Distribution, is looking to expand its footprint in the UAE during the coming period, CEO Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi has said.

ADNOC is currently having three undergoing projects in the emirate of Dubai, along with planning to inaugurate more than 15 stations during the period between 2018 and 2022, Al Khaleej newspaper reported, citing the CEO.

Al Rashdi further noted that his firm expected to open three stations in Dubai in the next months.

The fuel distribution unit of the state-owned oil giant logged a net profit of AED 1.124 billion in the first half of 2018, compared to AED 951.8 million during H1-17.
