With reference to the announcement of Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company published on Tadawul website on 19/04/2018 and the subsequent announcement dated 26/04/2018 concerning the start of the initial understanding with Al-Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company to study the feasibility of the merger of the two companies. Walaa announces the latest developments that the Board of Directors decided on 05/09/2018 not to continue these discussions due to the non-feasibility of merging with Al-Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company.
