AlAhli Takaful Company announces receiving SAMA's no objection letter No 15244/41 on 5 September 2018, with reference to the Board of Directors' resolution issued by circulation on 16 August 2018, of appointing Mr. Khalid AlGhalib AlSharif (Non-Executive Board Member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective from 5 September 2018 to continue the current board cycle which will end on June 25 2019.
