Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO) announces completion of renewal and amended the bank facilities agreement (Shariah-compliant) with National Bank of Kuwait as follows:

1-The renewal and amendment of the facilities was signed by the company on 06 Sep. 2018.

2-The agreement was edited by increasing the facility value from SAR 110 Million to SAR 213 Million.

3-The credit facility agreement is renewable at the end of agreement on 30/06/2019.

4-The facility is secured by a promissory note (equivalent to facility value)in favor of the bank.

5-The purpose of this facility is to finance the companys working capital and to meet other business requirements.

6-No related parties on this agreement.
