Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait disclosed that The Commercial Real Estate (Al Tijaria) has purchased about 172,900 shares in Kuwait Resorts (Muntazahat) during the trading session on Thursday, 6 September.

Al Tijaria bought this equity for 54.6 fils per share at a value of nearly KWD 9,440, according to a statement on Sunday.

It is noteworthy that Al Tijaria owns an equity of 34.15% directly and indirectly in Muntazahat which has a capital of KWD 19.65 million distributed on 196.5 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
