With reference to Herfy food Service Company announcement on the Tadawul website on 30 /07/2018 that its Board of Directors had recommended the distribution of a cash dividend to shareholders for the first half of 2018. This dividend to be at a rate of SR 1 per share. This represents % 10 of the shares nominal value and the total amount of the dividend paid will amount to SR 64,680,000 .
