Reference to the company announcement on Tadawul dated 03/11/1439H corresponding to 16/07/2018 in respect of signing an agreement to sell the whole shares of the Company in Demirer Kablo in Turkey to the Chinese company Jiangsu Zongitan Technology (ZTT).
The Company would like to announce obtaining of the necessary approvals from relevant authorities in Turkey and China. The signing of the shareholding transfer agreement has also been completed and control of the entity has been passed to the new owners.
