Red Sea International Company announces that Red Sea Housing Services Company (JAFZA), a fully owned subsidiary, has signed an alliance agreement with Rental Solutions and Services Company (RSS) on Monday, 17-09-2018 corresponding to 07-01-1440 to jointly leverage their capabilities to provide clients throughout the GCC with premium services and a comprehensive solution for any remote or temporary off the grid requirements.
With this strategic alliance, Red Sea International and RSS will provide clients with fully functional modular accommodation with power, cooling, wastewater processing and water supply infrastructure at any remote location, whether for long term camp requirements or short-term events.
It is worth mentioning that Rental Solutions and Services Company is a leading provider of temporary generator and cooling systems within the GCC region.
There were no material costs associated with signing the open-ended agreement. The Company also cannot determine the future financial impact resulting from signing the aforementioned agreement at this point in time, however, the necessary disclosures will be made to public should any material developments take place. There are also no related parties involved in this transaction.
