Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Etisalat and du telecom companies to develop the digital offerings of information and communications technology and related services across Abu Dhabi’s Al Maryah Island.

The MoU between ADGM and Etisalat will enable the telecommunication company to provide quality services to the ADGM’s registered firms and entities, according to an official statement released on Wednesday.

“Today Etisalat’s digital initiatives are manifested through our diverse product portfolio, digital experience, network modernisation keeping in line with our strategy and vision to Drive the Digital Future to Empower Societies” Etisalat Abu Dhabi’s general manager, Sultan Al Dhaheri, commented.

Moreover, du and the ADGM will cooperate in the fields of communications, technology infrastructure, innovation platforms, pilot projects, and digital services to cater to the needs of ADGM’s registered firms.

“Technology and access to current information are fundamental enablers of businesses, decision-making and opportunities,” ADGM CEO Khalid Al Suwaidi said.
