Mubasher: Kuwait’s holdings of the US Treasury bonds remained unchanged at $42.9 billion in July when compared to June 2018, according to the latest official data.
In June 2018, the country’s holdings of the US Treasury bonds decreased to $42.9 billion from $43.9 billion in the prior month.
On an annual basis, Kuwait’s holdings of the US bonds increased by 30% when compared to $33 billion in July 2017.
In July, the bonds varied as $38.38 billion on a long-term basis, while the short-term bonds amounted to $4.56 billion.
