Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties has unveiled a variety of incentives for buyers of its units in Mamsha Al Saadiyat and Alghadeer developments at Cityscape Global, including monthly payment plans, rebates, and fee waivers, according to a company statement released on Monday.

Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, Mamsha is an exclusive beachfront comprising five plots, including 461 luxury homes, and retail outlets. The development is slated for delivery in mid-2019.
