Kuwait C.bank sells KWD 240m bonds
The bonds had a volume of KWD 2.48 billion ($8.2 billion)

Mubasher: The Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) announced selling bonds and securities valued at KWD 240 million ($792.7 million), according to a recent statement.

The central bank offered the highest return of 2.875% since 2008, collecting more than the target volume which was estimated at KWD 160 million ($594.4 million).

The bonds had a volume of KWD 2.48 billion ($8.2 billion) that was covered 10.3 times; this is the highest liquidity since 2005.

Kuwait’s central bank noted that the bonds will be matured in 6 months on 2 April 2019.
