Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development and Millennium Hotels & Resorts Middle East and Africa (MEA) announced at Cityscape Global 2018 that Millennium Atria Business Bay will be open for guests by the end of 2018.

The 30-storey hotel apartment tower located in Business Bay, managed by Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA, is Deyaar’s first hospitality property, according to a press release.

The Millennium Atria Business Bay features studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms, and duplex apartments designed by the international interior design company YOO Studio.

“The opening of the Millennium Atria Business Bay property marks our first foray into the hospitality industry, which represents the realisation of our portfolio diversification goals in line with the ambitions of the UAE’s growing economy,” CEO of Deyaar Saeed Al Qatami said.

Al Qatami depicted Millennium Hotels & Resorts as a “strong partner” and he is looking forward to maintaining their relationship in the coming years.

Moreover, Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi, Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA president commented: “We are confident that this property will deliver a unique holiday experience for business and leisure travellers alike,”

“The Business Bay district is a flourishing destination in Dubai and opening another Millennium property within this area further expands our portfolio of diversified brands which cater to different market segments,” Alzaabi added.

Units in Millennium Atria Business Bay are qualified with the latest smart home technology, in addition to the simple, functional, and elegant design, the press noted.

Overlooking either Burj Khalifa or the Dubai Water Canal, the units will serve business travellers, leisure tourists, and more.

The hotel will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, a sports bar, infinity pool on the 25th floor, a five-star spa, gymnasium, kids’ club, and a cinema terrace.

The project will be showcased at Deyaar’s stand S1H10 at the Dubai World Trade Center during the three-day Cityscape Global event as of 2 October.
