Mubasher: Qatar has considered a number of options with Peru to establish a joint ministerial committee for economic, commercial, and technical co-operation.

The agreements come as part of the bilateral efforts to strengthen trade and economic relations.

Qatar’s economy and commerce minister Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim bin Mohamed Al Thani has discussed these options with Peru’s foreign trade and tourism minister Roger Valencia.

Promoting bilateral investment relations were included in an agreement on the mutual promotion and protection of investments, in addition to an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation.
