Mubasher: Al Ahleia Insurance announced that the court of cassation has modified its ruling against the company and in favour of The Kuwaiti Danish Dairy Co, according to a bourse disclosure.

Upon the modified ruling, Al Ahleia will pay KWD 12.13 million instead of KWD 13.06 million to Danish Dairy.

Al Ahleia noted that it will file an appeal against the cassation’s ruling.

It added that no financial impact will be registered, and it has created a provision for this lawsuit in the past years, especially that the ruling is not final.
