Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that the deputy chairperson of Al Madina for Finance and Investment has sold 43,000 shares in the company which is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

Abdullraouf Tawfeeq Abd Al Sayed has exited this equity for 24.7 fils per share or a value exceeding KWD 1,000 on Monday, 1 October, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.

Al Madina has a capital standing at KWD 40.71 million distributed on 407.1 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.
