Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) started Monday in green territory after its main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) increased 136.77 points, or 1.9%, to 7,403.36 points.

By 10:45 am Saudi time, TASI’s trading volume reached 63.11 million shares exchanged through 35,370 transactions at a turnover of SAR 1.87 billion.

The transportation, materials, telecommunication services, and banking sectors levelled up 2.96%, 2.8%, 2.5%, and 1.4%, respectively.

The Saudi Industrial Export Company’s (SIEC) stock led gainers with 8.6%, whereas Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company’s (Sadafco) stock was the worst performer with 2.4%.

Meanwhile, NOMU, the benchmark index of the Nomu-Parallel Market, grew 6.09 points, or 0.25%, to 2,402.83 points.

Baazeem Trading Co’s stock inched up 0.5%.
