Mubasher: National Real Estate Company (NREC) will discuss converting the loan pledged by Agility Investment Holding into an equity, during NREC’s general assembly on 8 November, Reuters reported.

The shareholders of NREC will consider converting a loan valued at KWD 31 million into an equity of 272.8 million shares at a nominal value of 100 fils each, Reuters added.

Earlier on Thursday, NREC said that its shareholders will consider raising the issued capital by 25.06% or KWD 27.28 million to KWD 136.14 million from KWD 108.86 million.
