Cairo – Mubasher: Grand Plaza for Real Estate and Touristic Development will complete works at its development La Mirada in Mostakbal City by 2021 to 2022, the firm’s chairman revealed.

The total value of the land plot amounts to EGP 1.3 billion, while the project itself costs around EGP 3.5 billion, Sherif Farouk told Mubasher on Thursday.

Speaking on the sidelines of the NextMove Egypt event, Farouk noted that Around 37% of Grand Plaza’s project in Mostakbal City has been sold.

The company has signed deals with four contracting firms worth a combined EGP 250 million, the chairman revealed.

Grand Plaza has invested around EGP 4.8 billion in the project, which spans an area of 77 acres, he added.
