Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 18 October, 2018: Mubasher International, a subsidiary of National Technology Group (NTG), one of the largest and fastest growing Information & communication Technology (ICT) companies, has announced the signing of an agreement with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) to increase Egypt’s exports of ICT services and products.
The agreement was signed at GITEX 2018 in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, on Wednesday by NTG Managing Director Engineer Rashid AlBallaa and NTG Senior Vice President of Business Development Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Helayyil with ITIDA acting CEO Ms. Maha Rashad.
This deal signed by NTG, through Mubasher International, and ITIDA will mark a long-term cooperation, offer the best possible Egyptian expertise and quality for customers in Saudi Arabia, and increase Saudi investments in Egypt.
Under the deal, NTG’s subsidiary will open an IT Services Center in Egypt to support its business in Saudi Arabia and expand its outreach in Egypt as a whole and in the ICT industry in particular.
“This agreement will contribute towards achieving the Saudi vision 2030 to scale the professional value of Saudi youth through knowledge exchange and to enrich the Saudi and Egyptian markets with different services through knowledge sharing and developments,” commented NTG Senior Vice President of Business Development Engineer Abdulaziz Al-Helayyil.
Meanwhile, ITIDA will offer a wide range of services that help build the capacities of the local talent and in expanding IT businesses by offering unique access to numerous markets, thus helping local, regional and international tech players to thrive.
Commenting after the signing ceremony, ITIDA acting CEO Maha Rashad said: "The agreement adds an opportunity to increase the Egyptian IT exports to the Saudi market.”
The new center will provide a number of services and opportunities, including technical support, telesales and lead generation opportunities, lead qualification, software development, and customer support.
