Dubai – Mubasher: Al-Futtaim ACE, the subsidiary of Dubai-based giant retailer and developer Majid Al Futtaim, has opened its first store at Ras Al Khaimah’s Manar Mall.

This comes as part of the expansion strategy worth of $100 million targeting the mall, operated by Hamra group, according to Al-Futtaim ACE’s statement on Sunday, without illustrating further details on the total cost of the store.

The new store occupies 21,230 square feet and offers a host of the quality, branded products, including home electronics and home furnishing tools.

It will feature consumer-friendly services like home delivery and free installation, the home improvement and lifestyle store noted.

The opening of the Ras Al Kheima store brings the total number of Al Futtaim ACE-owned stores across the country to nine, the statement added.

Commenting on the developer’s growth in the UAE, Wayne Cohen, managing director of Al-Futtaim ACE said “this is an exciting and strategic move that brings ACE closer to customers in the Northern Emirates and will provide them with competitively priced good quality home improvement and DIY products under one roof.”

In June 2017, Majid Al Futtaim announced the opening of its first mall in Ras Al Khaimah, My City Centre, which spans 5,494 square metres and is valued at $18 million.
