Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Offshore (Adnoc Offshore) on Monday announced finalizing the installation of all “supercomplex” facilities at the Nasr oil field off the coast of Abu Dhabi. 

The delivery arm of the Emirati oil and gas firm described them as “one of the largest supercomplexes in the world”, according to the company’s recent statement.

The Nasr oil field will step up Adnoc’s oil production by the end of 2018 with targets to reach an output capacity of 3.5 million barrel per day (bpd).  

It is worth noting that Adnoc’s average output is about 3 million bpd, coming at the 12th spot among the largest oil producer across the world.

The company did not give further details concerning the project’s total cost.
