Riyadh – Mubasher: North Region Cement Company (NRC) on Monday signed a contract with Al Rashed Cement Company to facilitate marketing and distribution of NRC’s white cement.

The one-year contract’s value will be determined based on the market price, NRC said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

NRC’s stock retreated 3.5% on Thursday to SAR 7.56.

The Saudi-listed cement firm last reported losses of SAR 6.69 million in Q2-18, versus profits of SAR 8.26 million for the same period last year.

As for the first half of the year, the company suffered net losses of SAR 5.23 million, against SAR 24.6 million in H1-17.
