Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The National Bank of Umm Al-Qaiwain (NBQ) reported a 30.14% jump in its net profits for the third quarter of 2018.
The bank achieved a net profit of AED 98 million between August and September, up from AED 75.3 million in the same period last year, according to a bourse filing.
From January to September, NBQ’s net profit amounted to AED 335.8 million, down 17.45% from AED 285.9 million last year.
The bank previously posted a 22.5% growth in its net profits for Q2-18 to AED 106.8 million, compared to AED 87.2 million in the corresponding period of 2017.
