Further to the announcement of the Saudi Fisheries Company (Alasmak) published on Tadawul on October 24, 2018 regarding the Board of Directors' recommendation to reduce the Company's capital and then increase the capital through rights issue. The Company would like to inform its shareholders that it submitted the Capital Reduction Request File to Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Wednesday 31 October 2018.
