Mubasher: Energy Information Administration (EIA) reported on Thursday that the US natural gas storage climbed by 65 billion cubic feet (Bcf) in the week ended 2 November to a total of 3,208 Bcf.

Stockpiles were 580 Bcf less than last year’s figure, while they were 621 Bcf below the five-year average of 3,829 Bcf, according to the EIA data.

Following the release of the data, Nymex natural gas futures dipped 0.20% to $3.55 per million British thermal units (MMBtu).
