Accordingly, The Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) has exercised its power stipulated in the Listing Rules approved by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (3-123-2017) dated 9/4/1439H, corresponding to 27/12/2017G to suspend trading the shares of The National Agricultural Marketing Co. on the Saudi Stock Exchange starting from Monday 04/03/1440H, corresponding to 12/11/2018G until the The National Agricultural Marketing Co.  announces its financial statements (Q3 2018 financial results).
