Riyadh – Mubasher: Alkhabeer REIT Fund announced that it will take over seven income-generating assets worth SAR 960.3 million.

The assets are located in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Tabuk, and they will serve the retail, administrative and residential sectors.

Tenants will include public agencies, in addition to private local and international entities, with a 15-year lease period, the company said in a statement.

Moreover, the fund manager has inked 100 promissory notes worth SAR 619 million as rental securities for four properties.
