Flyadeal to decide on 30-jet deal by end-November – CEO

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi carrier Flyadeal on Wednesday said that it will decide on purchasing 30 aircraft of the models of either Airbus A320neo or Boeing 737 MAX planes by the end of November, CEO Con Korfiatis told Reuters.

On 23 September 2017, Flyadeal started its flights inside the Kingdom in a bid to boost the local tourism sector and diversify economic sources.

In August 2017, the Saudi airline received the first plane of the model Airbus A320 from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE).

Flyadeal is owned by the Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia).

In April 2016, Saudia announced establishing Flyadeal.
