India ranks 2nd among Oman’s importers

Mubasher: Trade exchange between Oman and India is increasing, as India is currently Oman’s second highest importer, according to the data of the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).

Between January and July 2018, Oman imports to the Indian market totalled OMR 674.6 million, compared with a total of OMR 932.6 million in 2017, the Times of Oman reported.

These exports were dominated by oil and gas, as well as hydrocarbons.

Most of the exports were shipped through the Port of Sohar.

On the other hand, Oman imported OMR 256.8 million worth of goods from India during the same period.
