Further to the previous disclosure of Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance  related to the approval of the Company’s Shareholders General Assembly (held on 12/03/2018) to grant Mrs. Fatiha Khellal –  the Chief Executive Officer of Trust Investment Holding Algeria – a percentage of (0.2٪) of QGIRCO’s shares in the share capital of Trust Investment Holding Algeria, in alignment with the granting of all the shareholders of Trust Investment Holding Algeria a percentage of (1٪) of their shareholding in this Company to the benefit of its Chief Executive Officer – Mrs. Fatiha Khellal;

Qatar General Insurance and Reinsurance Co. Q.P.S.C. announces the completion of all the relevant procedures of the granting of the aforementioned percentage (0.2٪) to Mrs. Fatiha Khellal, and accordingly QGIRCO’s ownership percentage in the share capital of  Trust Investment Holding Algeria is now (19.8٪).
