Mubasher: Gold prices on Wednesday declined for the first time in three session, amidst a stable performance by the US dollar.

The precious metal rose on Tuesday to its highest level since July, due to renewed concerns regarding the trade tensions between the United States and China.

Gold futures for February delivery decreased by 0.3% and settled at the level of 1,242.60 per ounce.
