Boursa Kuwait closes Wednesday in decline
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 19.7% to KWD 15.94 million

Mubasher: The All-Share, Premier, and Main markets fell by 0.38%, 0.35%, and 0.46%, respectively by the closing of Wednesday’s session.

The banking segment is expected to witness a positive performance with the disclosure period for financials statements approaching, deputy head of the investment research unit at KAMCO Raed Diab told Mubasher.

The banking segment led seven decliners with 0.64%, while the oil and gas segment topped four gainers with 0.33%.

Yiaco Medical led the losers with 9.3%, while Mena Real Estate headed the winners with 10%.

Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 19.7% to KWD 15.94 million on Wednesday from KWD 19.86 million after the trading volume increased by 5.1% to 88.71 million shares from 84.41 million.

KFH posted the highest liquidity of KWD 2.08 million, the stock closed at 617 fils.

PetroGulf was the most active stock on which 13.31 million shares were exchanged, the stock reached 29.1 fils.
