Mubasher: Coast Investment and Development announced that Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Co has signed an agreement to sell 185 million shares representing 29.59% of the issued and paid-up capital of Coast for National International Holding (NIH).

The selling price in this agreement stands at 34 fils per share at a total value of KWD 6.29 million, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

Al Khair National announced its plan to sell less than 30% of its equity in Coast, which has a capital standing at KWD 62.53 million distributed on 625.3 million shares at a par value of 100 fils each.

It is noteworthy that NIH is listed on both Boursa Kuwait and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
